Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kissa (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password confidential and notify us of any unauthorised use.

2. Creator content & licence

Creators retain ownership of the audio, images, and other content they upload (“Creator Content”). By uploading Creator Content, you grant Kissa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, stream, and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all Creator Content you upload, including any voices, music, and images, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights to;
• upload sexual content involving minors, or content that incites violence or hatred;
• harass, impersonate, or deceive others;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute content without authorisation.

4. Content moderation

We may review, remove, or restrict content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with or without notice. We are an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and act on valid reports of unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s software, design, and trademarks are owned by Kissa. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kissa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
