Licensing

This page summarises how audio, images, and other content published on Kissa may be used. It supplements, and is subject to, our Terms of Service.

1. Creator ownership

Creators retain ownership of the original work they upload. By publishing on Kissa, a creator grants us a non-exclusive licence to host, stream, and promote that work within the Service, as set out in the Terms of Service.

2. Listening is personal

• Content on Kissa is licensed to listeners for personal, non-commercial enjoyment only.
• You may not download (outside in-app offline features), copy, redistribute, or re-upload content elsewhere.
• You may not use Kissa content to train machine-learning models without written permission.

3. Trademarks

“Kissa”, the Kissa wordmark, and associated logos are marks of the platform and its operator and may not be used without permission.

5. If your rights have been infringed

If your work has been published on Kissa without permission, follow the takedown process on Copyright & Takedowns. The rights creators grant us, and the promises they make about what they upload, are set out in the Creator Agreement.
