1. This is fiction

Unless an episode explicitly says otherwise, everything on Kissa is a work of fiction. Characters, events, places, organisations, and incidents are imagined or used fictitiously. Any resemblance to real people, living or dead, or to actual events is coincidental and not intended.

Some stories draw on folklore, urban legend, or true-crime themes. Dramatised does not mean documented — treat nothing here as a factual account, and do not rely on it as a record of real events.

2. Mature themes — 18+ only

Kissa is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Our catalogue contains material that many listeners will find disturbing, including:

• graphic horror, psychological distress, and intense sound design;
• violence, death, and depictions of crime;
• supernatural and occult themes;
• strong language;
• references to self-harm, suicide, addiction, and abuse.

Creators are required to flag anything that goes beyond what the genre implies in the episode description, but descriptions are written by creators and we cannot guarantee every one is complete. If you are sensitive to a particular theme, read the description before listening, and stop if a story affects you badly.

3. Listen safely

• Our audio uses dynamic range and sudden loud moments by design. Set your volume conservatively before you start, especially on headphones.
• Do not listen while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or anywhere else that needs your full attention. Kissa is immersive on purpose.
• Some episodes use flashing or rapidly changing imagery. If you are photosensitive, use audio-only playback or reduce motion in your settings.

4. If a story affects you

Nothing on Kissa is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no story should be acted on as such. If a story leaves you distressed, or if you are struggling with thoughts of self-harm, please reach out to someone who can help. In India, the Tele-MANAS helpline is available free, 24×7, on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416. Elsewhere, contact your local emergency number or crisis line.

5. AI-generated imagery and synthetic voices

The visuals accompanying episodes are typically AI-generated. They illustrate a story; they are not photographs, and they do not document anything real. Some narration may use licensed synthetic voices.

Creators are prohibited from cloning a real person’s voice without documented consent, and from generating images that could be mistaken for genuine photographs of an identifiable person. If you believe your voice or likeness has been used without permission, report it through Copyright & Takedowns or Grievance Redressal.

6. Creator content is not our content

Kissa is a platform. Views expressed in an episode are the creator’s, not Texotic Software Solutions’s, and publication is not endorsement. We moderate against our Community Guidelines, but we do not author, verify, or fact-check the stories themselves.
